Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director (Account Executive) to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Director, you will play a critical role in driving our private 5G solutions’ adoption and expansion across a diverse client base. This position is remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage potential clients in industries where private 5G solutions can drive innovation and operational excellence.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners to build pipeline and expand the Raycom positioning in the market.
  • Solution Consultation: Understand clients’ unique requirements and challenges, and tailor our private 5G solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, to position Raycom as a trusted partner.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in the broadband and telecommunications space.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Requirements
  • 4-5 years of successful sales experience in the broadband or telecommunications industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Experience selling private 5G technology and/or wireless technologies in the past
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to conferences and trade-shows in the US.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a passion for technology and innovation.
